We need the Australian Government to fix the shortage of nursing staff in aged care by closing the wages gap bewteen aged and hospital care. Aged care falls through the cracks - only the Australian government can close the wages gap in aged care.
The Productivity Commission will release its final report into aged care in late June 2011. You will read more about the report in the media, and the ANF response to the final report. Aged care will be talked about in the news - and your views count. You might like to take part in Talkback radio discussions as they happen.
